I just want to say a big thank you to some lovely peeps. Their support throughout the 4am Project has been amazing. They have offered advice and help, kept me sane, made me laugh when I felt like crying, got up at 4am, helped spread the word about the project, motivated and inspired me.

I realised that in doing this I may have left some people out – I apologise! It’s just an oversight – give me a nudge
